Progressing Ballet Technique

Progressing Ballet Technique is an innovative program that utilises fitballs and therabands to assist students in training muscle memory and strength, allowing them to achieve their personal best in classical ballet. This class runs as a drop Open Adult class on our timetable as well as term workshops for younger dance students.


Xtend Barre classes incorporate elements of dance, ballet and Pilates to create an adrenaline-fueled workout that strengthens, lengthens and chisels the body. Barre Stick

The use of a Pilates stick apparatus adds resistance to Xtend Barre signature moves to chisel and sculpt the body. An advanced class suitable for clients who have attended at least 5 Xtend Barre classes and are looking for that extra challenge!
