Yoga Flow – Take a moment out of your day to pause, stretch and move your body. A gentle, energising flow moving from one pose to another creating heat and awareness throughout the whole body. Modifications provided for all levels. BYO yoga mat if you have one or use one of our softer mats.
 
Ashtanga Yoga – An energising start to the day. Following the same flow each week, dive deeper into your body and find some stillness within with a moving meditation. Build upper body strength and lengthen hamstrings throughout the whole flow. A perfect way to start your day. Modifications for all fitness levels. BYO yoga mat or use one of our softer mats. – Also available as an Online Class
 
Yin Yoga – A gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Taking time in each position to soften and ease into the pose to release stress and ease the mind. Is suitable to all levels of students through extended holds of postures. Bring your own bolster/pillow and blanket to class. – Also available as an Online Class
 
Stretch & Flex – A class designed to increase flexibility and mobility. Stretching helps improve overall fitness and brings balance into the body. Perfect for those wanting to release those sore muscles after exercise, or just move the body after a day at the office. Modifications will be provided for all levels of flexibility. – Also available as an Online Class
