Bridget has always had a love of movement and rhythm. She was an avid dancer throughout childhood, studying tap, jazz, ballet, and hip hop. Her first job as a dance instructor at age sixteen led her to discover a second passion: teaching. After working in the education field for eleven years, Bridget transitioned to teaching fitness and wellbeing. She is a trained Xtend Barre and MELT Method instructor. Whether helping develop strength and stability or eliminate chronic pain, Bridget enjoys working with clients to achieve their goals, gain deeper body awareness, and have fun along the way.
